Service Overview

SoundScript provides custom-created songs based on user-submitted information such as stories, lyrics, and references.

User Submissions

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use and share the content

• The content does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights

• The content is not unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate

You grant SoundScript a limited, non-exclusive license to use submitted content solely for the purpose of creating your custom song.

Product Nature

All products are:

• Custom-created

• Digitally delivered

Each song is created based on the information, direction, and preferences you provide.

Because of the personalized and creative nature of this service, results may vary depending on the details submitted.

Delivery

• Songs are typically delivered within 48 hours

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

• Delays may occur due to high demand or technical issues

Revisions

SoundScript provides one (1) complimentary revision per order.

Revision requests must:

• Be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

• Include clear and specific feedback or updated direction

Revisions may include changes to:

• Lyrics

• Tone

• Style

• Overall feel of the song

Requested revisions may result in significant changes to the style, tone, or sound of the final song. The revised version may differ from the original.

Additional revisions beyond the first may be subject to an additional fee.

No Guarantee of Preference

Due to the creative and personalized nature of this service, SoundScript does not guarantee that the final product will match individual taste or expectations.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this.

Refunds

All sales are final due to the custom and personalized nature of the product.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with creative output. Customers are encouraged to use their included revision if they are not satisfied.

Refunds may only be considered in cases of:

• Non-delivery

• Clear technical errors

Usage Rights

You are granted personal use rights to your custom song.

Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of the song may require prior written permission from SoundScript.

Limitation of Liability

SoundScript is not liable for:

• Subjective dissatisfaction with creative output

• Delays outside of our control

• Technical issues related to third-party platforms or services

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
