At SoundScript.ca, each product is custom-created based on the information you provide. Due to the personalized and digital nature of our service, all sales are final.

No Refunds

Once an order has been submitted and processing has begun, we do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Personal taste or preference

• Dissatisfaction with style, tone, or creative direction

Revision Policy

We want you to be happy with your song.

Each order includes one (1) complimentary revision.

To request a revision:

• Contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your song

• Provide clear and specific feedback or updated direction

Revisions may include changes to lyrics, tone, style, or overall feel.

Please note:
Requested revisions may significantly change the style, tone, or sound of your song, and the revised version may differ from the original.

Additional revisions beyond the first may be available for an additional fee.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• You did not receive your order

• There was a clear technical error on our end

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

• Loss of access to your product

• Denial of future service
